Terms of Service

PRKD is a technology platform operated by Goodfellas Studios LLC (“PRKD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that connects individuals seeking parking (“Renters”) with individuals or entities offering parking spaces (“Hosts”).

PRKD does not own, lease, control, manage, or operate any parking spaces listed on the platform.

By accessing or using PRKD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

PRKD acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• PRKD is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Renters
• All parking arrangements are directly between Hosts and Renters
• PRKD does not control, manage, supervise, direct, or assume responsibility for any parking space, Host, or Renter
• PRKD does not inspect, verify, or guarantee any parking space and has no obligation to do so
• PRKD does not guarantee availability, safety, legality, suitability, or accuracy of listings

3.1 Hosts

Hosts represent and warrant that:

• They have the legal right to offer the parking space
• The space complies with all applicable laws, zoning regulations, and HOA rules
• The space is reasonably safe and accessible
• They maintain any required insurance coverage

Hosts are solely responsible for:

• the condition of the parking space
• compliance with all laws and regulations
• any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of their space

3.2 Renters

Renters agree:

• To use parking spaces at their own risk
• To comply with all posted rules and applicable laws
• Not to damage property or interfere with others

• PRKD facilitates payments on behalf of Hosts
• PRKD may charge service fees and processing fees
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated

PRKD is not responsible for:

• disputes between users
• refunds outside platform policy

PRKD is not an insurance provider, broker, or agent.

PRKD does not provide any insurance coverage for vehicles, personal property, injuries, or damages.

PRKD does not guarantee that any user maintains insurance. Users are solely responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.

By using PRKD, you acknowledge that parking involves inherent risks, including theft, property damage, and personal injury.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the platform and parking in any listed space.

PRKD shall not be responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of vehicles or personal property, including but not limited to damage caused by other users, third parties, weather, or environmental conditions.

PRKD is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Hosts, Renters, or third parties. All interactions between users are solely between those parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Goodfellas Studios LLC (PRKD), its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• use of any parking space
• interactions between users
• vehicle damage or theft
• personal injury or death

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRKD's total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by you to PRKD in the past 12 months.

PRKD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goodfellas Studios LLC (PRKD) from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, conducted in the State of Arizona.

You agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class actions.

PRKD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

PRKD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or safety concerns.

Location Accuracy Disclaimer: Maps, directions, and listing descriptions may be inaccurate.

Taxes: Hosts are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.
