Cancellation Policies
Every listing displays its cancellation policy upfront. Flexible, Moderate, and Strict options give you clarity on refund terms before you book.
Booking Guarantee
If you arrive and the spot isn't as described or unavailable, contact us immediately. We'll work to find you an alternative or issue a full refund.
Verified Renters
All renters must create and verify an account before booking. The review system helps you see a renter's track record.
Payment Protection
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Earnings are added to your balance as soon as a reservation is completed, and you can cash out to your bank account on demand.
Approval Control
Choose between instant booking or manual approval. You always have the option to review and approve booking requests before they're confirmed.
PRKD facilitates connections between parking space owners and renters. We recommend hosts verify their own property insurance covers third-party vehicle storage, and renters maintain their own vehicle insurance.
